Bu Program Türkiye’de ortalama ömrü 20-25 yıl ile sınırlı ve 3. kuşağa geçme oranı %10 olan tüm Aile Şirketlerine, KOBİ’lere, koçluk uygulamaları ve kendi hedefleri doğrultusunda oluşturdukları Aile Anayasası ile daha etkin bir şekilde yönetilmesi ve uzun ömürlü sürdürülebilir başarı konusunda rehber olması amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.
